Kellie Perry has a strong background in property management, with over 20 years of experience. Kellie began their career at Manulife as a Property Manager in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Kellie then joined Patrinely Group, LLC as a Property Manager from 2001 to 2003. Kellie's next role was as a Senior Property Manager at Corporate Office Properties Trust, where they worked from 2003 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Property Management at Willco, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Property Management at Willco from 2019 to 2022.

Kellie Perry obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sustainability Studies from Marylhurst University in 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Radford University, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Kellie Perry also holds additional certifications, including a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), obtained in December 2008, and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI International, acquired in August 2000.
