Renato Souza

Renato Souza started their career as a System Analyst at TOTVS in 2009. Renato then worked at SYMM CONSULTORIA in roles such as ERP Totvs Protheus consultant and Project Coordinator from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they co-founded Prox, serving as CEO and specializing in information technology and business development. At Prox, they also held roles as CFO and Information Technology & Business Development Specialist. In 2023, Renato became the Managing Director at WillDom, a rightsourcing leader connecting companies with top talent for digital transformation efforts with U.S. clients.

Renato Souza completed a degree in Systems Development and Analysis at BandTec - Faculdade de Tecnologia Bandeirantes from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including one in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from HarvardX in 2022, among others.
