Morteza Modarres Gharavi currently serves as a Staff Psychologist at Pratt Institute's Counseling Center and holds the position of Fourth-Year Candidate in Psychoanalysis at the William Alanson White Institute. As the Director of the Mashhad branch of the Freudian Group of Tehran since 2010, Morteza established a training structure that now includes approximately 60 active members of the psychological and psychiatric community. Morteza also serves as an Associate Professor at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and previously worked as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at Pratt Counseling Center. Morteza Modarres Gharavi obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Iran University of Medical Sciences.
