Carrie Doyle

Carrie Doyle is a seasoned professional in climate strategy and advocacy, currently serving as Program Officer and Senior Fellow at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation since June 2021, where oversight of the US Climate Strategy aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. As Principal at Big Canyon Strategies starting January 2020, Carrie supports philanthropic and advocacy clients through strategic development and funding recommendations for climate initiatives. Previously, Carrie held significant roles including Vice President of Public Engagement at The Energy Foundation, Executive Director of the Energy Action Fund, and Colorado State Director for Obama for America during a successful campaign. Other notable positions include Chief Program Officer at the Western Conservation Foundation and Executive Director at Colorado Conservation Voters, where Carrie led efforts to enhance clean energy policies in Colorado. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Stanford University, earned in 1990.
