Hannah Kahn

Hannah Kahn is an accomplished grants management professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Director of Grants Management at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, Kahn has a proven track record of driving impactful changes through technology integration and data analytics. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Arnold Ventures, where strategic focus was placed on data-driven philanthropy, as well as Director of Grants Management at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, overseeing significant grantmaking processes. Kahn began her career at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation as a Grants Officer, managing grants lifecycles and ensuring compliance with tax and legal policies. Kahn holds a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine.
