Tom Mieczkowski has extensive work experience in the private investments sector. Tom worked at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation from 2014 to the present, initially as an Associate Director of Private Investments and later as the Managing Director of Private Investments. Prior to that, they were an Associate at AlpInvest Partners from 2011 to 2014, where they participated in sourcing, evaluating, and executing primary investment opportunities. Before that, they worked as an Associate in Private Equity at Zurich Alternative Asset Management from 2008 to 2011. Tom began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia Securities from 2006 to 2008, where they played a role in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.
Tom Mieczkowski completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Consulting at Emory University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they attended Esade in 2004 and 2005, although the specific degree and field of study obtained during this time are unknown. Tom also holds a certification from the CFA Institute, although the date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
