Artie Preiss

Artie Preiss has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Artie is currently working at William Blair as a Vice President in Investment Banking since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate at William Blair starting in April 2021. Before joining William Blair, Artie worked at Baird as an Associate from July 2018 to March 2021. Artie also had a summer internship as a Summer Associate at Baird in June 2017. Artie began their career at Northern Trust Corporation in March 2009, where they held various roles, including Senior Consultant in Resolution Planning from June 2014 to June 2017, Operational Risk Analyst in Corporate Risk Management from May 2012 to June 2014, Senior Analyst in Investment Operations from June 2011 to May 2012, and Consultant in Benefit Payments Services from March 2009 to June 2011.

Artie Preiss attended Lake Forest Academy from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they studied at Hamilton College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and a minor in English. Currently, Artie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Leadership at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, starting in 2015 and expected to graduate in 2017.
