Dave Weldon

Dave Weldon currently serves as the Dean of the School of Pharmacy and Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at William Carey University since January 2017. Prior to this role, Dave Weldon held various positions at Loma Linda University from August 2008 to December 2016, including Vice Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Associate Professor of Medicinal Chemistry. Earlier in their career, Dave Weldon was an Assistant Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Mississippi from August 2003 to August 2008, where Dave also completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Dave Weldon obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Chemistry from the University of Mississippi in 2002.
