Carolyn W. Valentine

Carolyn W. Valentine is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the medical devices and consumer healthcare industries. Currently serving as President of Grason-Stadler at Demant since 2018, Carolyn oversees the flagship GSI organization and is a member of the Global Top Management Team. Previously, as Vice President/General Manager of Medical Devices, Carolyn managed a global P&L exceeding $100 million, driving sales and marketing for brands such as Philips, Sonic, and Bernafon. Prior roles include Vice President at Johnson & Johnson leading the Enterprise Customers Group and Senior Director positions in global strategic marketing for OTC Pain Management and Nutritionals. Carolyn's background includes significant leadership roles at Abbott and ConAgra Foods, along with earlier brand management experience at Kraft Heinz and Procter & Gamble. Carolyn holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BA from the University of Cincinnati, among other qualifications.
