Fatima Derrouich

Fatima Derrouich is currently serving as the HR Analytics Lead at Demant since August 2023. Previously, Fatima held the role of Human Resources Associate Partner at Amazon from February 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included guiding senior leadership and managing HR reporting. Before that, Fatima was a Full-stack Developer at Summit Works from June 2021 to January 2022, demonstrating expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle and database analysis using Python and Angular. Earlier at Amazon, Fatima worked as a Customer Service Supervisor from April 2020 to June 2021, overseeing a customer service team, and as a Customer Service Associate handling customer inquiries. Fatima holds a Data Analytics Certificate from Correlation One and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Science Data Analytics from Kean University.
