Jette Vitores

Jette Vitores is a seasoned professional in IT management and organizational change, currently serving as Senior Director in the IT Management Office at Demant since April 2020, where responsibilities include strategic governance, internal and external communication, and IT finance. Vitores also operates as an independent consultant under Vitores Conscious Leadership since August 2021, focusing on change management and leadership development. Previous experience includes roles in Ørsted as a Senior Organisational Change Management Consultant, and various leadership positions at SKAT, where contributions ultimately prepared the organization for transformation into an agile IT structure. Jette holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Communication, and Organizational Development from Aarhus University, along with additional qualifications in transformational leadership and organizational behavior.
