Pernille Westermann

Pernille Westermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial excellence and sales training across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director and previously as Senior Manager in Commercial Excellence at Demant since March 2020, Pernille has a solid background in sales training and marketing management from Coloplast and Widex. At Coloplast from March 2018 to March 2020, responsibilities included delivering sales training and support to strategic business units. Prior to that, at Widex from August 1995 to March 2018, Pernille developed and conducted global sales training, managed international project marketing, and implemented sales processes and tools to enhance sales performance. Educational background includes studies at Lyngby Uddannelsescenter from 1992 to 1995.
