Robert V. Uriarte

Robert V. Uriarte, MBA, ITIL V3 Expert, currently serves as IT Director at Demant, where responsibilities include providing IT Infrastructure Solutions and Operations across the Americas, leading teams of IT professionals, and ensuring infrastructure operations for various WDH companies. Additionally, Robert is the co-owner and co-founder of Happy Pets Veterinary Hospital Inc., managing the strategic, financial, and technological aspects of the business. Previous roles include Network Specialist at William Demant Holding and Network Systems Administrator at O'Sullivan Communications LLC. Robert holds an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute, as well as additional certificates in AI Strategy and Data Analytics from Cornell University, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
