Sara Andersen

Sara Andersen is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Group Privacy at Demant since July 2018, having previously held the position of Data Privacy Manager. Prior to that, Sara worked at Plesner from October 2009 to June 2018 as an Attorney-at-Law, specializing in IP and Life Sciences, managing cases related to trademarks, patents, design, and copyright. Earlier in the career, Sara assisted with litigation and arbitration as a legal intern and provided pro bono legal advice to citizens on various legal matters while at Copenhagen Legal Aid. Sara's academic background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Medical Law from Queen Mary University of London, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen, and additional studies at the University of California, Davis.
