Veronique Schou is a seasoned professional in quality management within the hearing instrument and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Quality at Demant since November 2020, Veronique is responsible for the quality oversight of multiple brands, including Oticon and Philips Hearing. Prior to this role, Veronique held various leadership positions at Oticon from 2011 to 2020, including Vice President of Product Quality, where management of a team of 85 employees focused on product quality and supplier quality management was a key responsibility. Veronique's earlier career includes significant roles at Nokia, where responsibilities spanned product testing and development management from 1998 to 2011, highlighting expertise in multidisciplinary team leadership and test strategy creation. Veronique's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a French university degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Data Processing from the Technical University of Nice.
