Lyn Brennan

Lyn Brennan is a Partner at WILLIAM FRY since February 2019, previously serving as an Associate at Milbank LLP from 2014 to January 2019 in the Global Leveraged Finance Group. Lyn has experience as a secondee at Goldman Sachs in the Loan Negotiations Group and has held Associate positions at A&L Goodbody and Lloyds Banking Group. Prior experience includes being a Banking and Finance Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at McCann FitzGerald, along with a legal secondee role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Law with European Legal Studies from University College Dublin and further studies at Universite Toulouse 1 Capitole.
