Stephen Parry

He previously spent three years at Paddy Power Betfair as Managing Director of Operations and then as Chief Integration Officer for Flutter Entertainment during their merger with the Stars Group. Before this, Stephen held senior leadership roles in customer services, sales and strategy for Vodafone. These included; Head of Customer Service for Vodafone UK and Head of Sales for Vodafone Ireland. He has also held numerous M&A and global strategy roles, and was Chief of Staff to Vodafone's Global Chief Executive for two years.

Stephen has extensive experience in running both strategic and operational functions, including driving large scale transformation via the use of automation and AI. Stephen holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Loughborough University and an MBA from Henley Business School.
