Elizabeth Van Pelt

Liz is a Vice President at William Hood and Company. Prior to joining William Hood and Company, Liz spent 5 years at Houlihan Lokey, where she was an Associate in the Consumer, Food and Retail group focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the Beauty and Wellness sector. Her experience includes the sale of Zarbee’s to Johnson & Johnson, among other transactions. Previously, Liz was an Associate in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory Services practice, where she focused on providing third party valuations for accounting and tax purposes as well as transaction opinions. Prior to that, Liz was an Associate at Duff & Phelps where she focused on providing third party valuations for accounting and tax purposes primarily to the pharmaceutical industry.

Liz received a B.A. in international studies with a concentration in economics from Boston College. She holds the following FINRA registrations: Series 63 and 79.
