Bret Williams

Bret Williams has extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a New Home Sales professional at William Lyon Homes since June 2012, Bret has previously held similar roles at Rosewood Homes and DR Horton, achieving Top Sales recognition in the Phoenix Division multiple times. Prior to focusing on residential sales, Bret worked as a Commercial Broker at The Upland Group, representing property owners and tenants in various commercial transactions, and held the title of Designated Broker at Retail Brokers, Inc./Comprehensive Realty Services, where significant contributions were made within the first year. Bret Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
