Rachael Vaughan

Rachael Vaughan has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Rachael started their career as a Staff Accountant at Cambridge University Press, where they handled financial duties for the Journals division. Rachael later joined EMI Music as a Royalty Accountant Supervisor, responsible for determining royalties for producers and songwriters.

Afterwards, they worked for IMG Media, first as a Senior Accountant, then as an Accounting Manager, and eventually as the Global Controller. In these roles, they managed financial statement preparation, cash analysis, and supervised finance and accounting staff. Rachael also assisted with legal department support and integration projects.

Rachael then joined IMG as a Director of Finance, overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process, financial analysis, and cash flow projections for potential joint ventures and acquisitions. Rachael also implemented a new production accounting system.
