Victor Rounds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Victor currently holds a position at WME (William Morris Endeavor) in the Football & Sports Marketing department since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Intersport as the Player Relations Lead, where they managed player, coach, and team relations for various sporting events. Victor also organized all hospitality and travel arrangements for talent and staff. Before Intersport, they gained experience as a Brand Marketing Intern at Excel Sports Management in 2021. Victor also served as a Graduate Assistant at Howard University from July 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, they participated in the Diversity Development Series Program at the Philadelphia Eagles in March 2021. Victor's earlier experience includes working as a Management Consultant at Capco from June 2018 to January 2021, a Photographer/Videographer at Complete Capture, LLC from October 2016 to May 2018, and various roles at Vanderbilt University from 2015 to 2018, including Student Employee in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Campus Tour Guide. Victor also had a Project Management Internship at Verizon Telematics Inc. in 2017 and worked as a Caddy at Olympia Fields Country Club from March 2010 to May 2017.

Victor Rounds has a diverse and impressive educational background. Victor began their academic journey at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, where they received their high school diploma between the years 2010 and 2014. Following this, Victor attended Vanderbilt University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Science. Striving for further knowledge, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Howard University from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Victor Rounds has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skillset and professional qualifications. Victor achieved the Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies in June 2016, demonstrating their expertise in utilizing their software. Furthermore, they completed the FEMA Emergency Program Manager certification offered by FEMA in January 2015, showcasing their competence in managing emergency programs.
