Jane de Lacy

Jane de Lacy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jane started their career at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in 1992, where they worked as the Director of Surgical Services and Schulich Heart Program for 14 years. In 2006, they joined Humber River Regional Hospital as the Vice President of Patient Services for a year. Jane then became a self-employed independent consultant from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 onwards, they worked at William Osler Health System, starting as the Director of Surgery and Ambulatory Care Program, then progressing to Executive Director of Clinical Programs, Associate Vice President of Clinical Programs, Associate Vice-President of Clinical Operations, and currently the Vice President of Clinical Services. Jane's extensive experience and leadership roles demonstrate their expertise and commitment to improving healthcare delivery.

Jane de Lacy's education history includes a Master of Health Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Toronto. Jane also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours) from York University's Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) - Including E6 R2 from the CITI Program in January 2024.
