Joyce Asabere

Joyce Asabere is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Assistant Clinical Service Manager for the Clinical Resource Team at William Osler Health System since January 2017. Prior to this role, Joyce held the position of Transitional Care Coordinator and Discharge Planner, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating patient discharges across various units, including stroke, neurology, general medicine, surgery, dialysis, palliative care, oncology, and the emergency department.
