Dr. Carolyn Faulkner-Beitzel

Dr. Carolyn Faulkner-Beitzel currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction at William Penn School District and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIM High Education Group. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Dr. Faulkner-Beitzel has held positions such as Director of Innovation and Educational Excellence at Collegium Charter School and Director of Curriculum, Data, and Accountability at Esperanza Cyber Charter School. An accomplished curriculum developer, Dr. Faulkner-Beitzel has managed academic program development, compliance, and technology integration throughout various school settings. Educated with a Ph.D. in K20 Online Teaching and Learning from Capella University, Dr. Faulkner-Beitzel has also contributed to higher education as an adjunct professor at institutions such as Drexel University and Delaware County Community College.
