Georgios Simos is a highly experienced aerodynamicist in the motorsport industry, currently serving as Principal Aerodynamicist for Future Cars at Williams Racing since October 2018, after progressing through roles including Aerodynamics Project Leader and Senior Aerodynamicist. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Aerodynamicist at McLaren Racing from February 2015 to January 2018 and multiple positions at Lotus F1 Team from November 2010 to January 2015, where responsibilities ranged from Junior Aerodynamicist to Senior Aerodynamicist. Georgios holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Race Car Aerodynamics from the University of Southampton and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
