Randall Lay

Randall Lay is currently the EVP & COO at Williams Industrial Services Group. Prior to this, they were with GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc. from December 2017 to August 2019 where they served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Before that, they were with Lazydays from September 2007 to June 2017 where they were Chief Financial Officer. From July 2003 to January 2006, they served as President, CEO and Director of Universal Access. Randall has also been with Williams Industrial Services Group Inc from September 2019 to November 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, they have experience as an Independent Consultant from July 2017 to November 2017 and as Senior VP from January 2006 to July 2007 with Buccino & Associates, Inc.

Randall Lay has an MBA in Finance from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Boston University. Randall also has a degree in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies from Columbia University in the City of New York.
