Becky Ricci

Becky Ricci is an experienced professional in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance and Audit at Williams International since May 2021, following roles as Manager and Quality Team Lead. Additionally, Ricci has been actively volunteering as President of the Parent Club at Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy since January 2017, supporting various school initiatives. Prior experience includes positions in fuel cell design at General Motors, participation in the Take 2 career relaunch program at General Motors, and consulting at Harbour Results, Inc. Notably, Ricci held several engineering roles at Ford Motor Company, where achievements included a 63% reduction in outgoing quality issues and leadership in piston/rod/ring design. Ricci began a career in automotive engineering as a computer programmer at Automotive Analytics, developing software for automotive applications, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
