Carly Head

Carly Head is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in quality and manufacturing roles within the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Lead Supplier Quality Engineer at Williams International since March 2023, Carly previously held positions as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Rocket Lab from August 2021 to March 2023. Carly's career began at GE Aviation, where responsibilities included roles as a Design Engineer and participation in the Edison Engineering Development Program from July 2017 to August 2021. Earlier internships at Ford Motor Company, Glass and Mirror Craft, and Continuity Programs, Inc. contributed to a solid foundation in engineering. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
