Robert Bauman

Robert Bauman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in automation and controls. Currently serving as Team Lead for Automation & Controls at Williams International since June 2015, Robert has developed operator interfaces and specifications for various automation systems. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager at Pyxis Technologies, LLC, where hardware and robotic cell designs were implemented, and Systems Engineering Manager at Phoenix Contact USA, where Robert led the design and development of automotive equipment and systems. Robert's earlier experience includes a Sr. Controls Engineer position at Accuride Corp, overseeing significant capital projects in the US and Mexico, and contributions at SolarWorld and American Axle & Manufacturing. Robert holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lewis University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University.
