Shanti Lakhmi

Shanti Lakhmi has a strong background in finance and planning, with experience in various leadership roles. Shanti is currently working as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Williams Lea since August 2021. Before that, they worked at Moody's Corporation as the Vice President of Corporate Planning from May 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance at McGraw-Hill from January 2013 to May 2019, where they managed annual and multi-year financial plans and drove reporting improvements. Shanti also served as the Finance Director at Geller & Company, where they analyzed and executed cost savings opportunities. Earlier in their career, they worked at Standard and Poor's as an Associate Director, managing compliance initiatives and financial planning, and at Olive & Bette's as a Finance Manager and HR Director, responsible for sales forecasts and system upgrades. Shanti started their career at Sprint Nextel as a Financial Manager and Analyst, where they developed financial valuation models and implemented strategies to increase cellular usage and retain customers.

Shanti Lakhmi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1995 to 1999.
