Brad Nowak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Partner at Williams Mullen since January 2017, Nowak co-chairs the Renewable Energy Practice Group and the Data Center Practice Group while chairing the Public-Private Partnership and Infrastructure Practice Group. Previously, Nowak held a position as a Partner at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP from February 2014 to January 2017, and worked at Williams Mullen from September 2004 to February 2014 as both Partner and Associate. Additionally, Nowak served on the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Solar & Storage Association from September 2018 to July 2022. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management - Finance from the University at Buffalo.
