Karen Reffitt

Karen Reffitt has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the modular space and construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital and Customer Applications at WillScot since July 2007, Karen is responsible for the strategic direction of the IT customer journey and the integration processes post-merger with Mobile Mini. Previous roles include Director of Commercial Excellence and Director of CRM, where Karen managed the development of CRM strategies and sales growth initiatives. Prior experience includes influential roles at ModSpace, Resun Corporation, and Modular Design Technology, where skills in organizational development, marketing, and business development were honed. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University in the College of Communications.
