Sally Shanks

Sally Shanks, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at WillScot since September 2017, while also holding the title of SVP, Chief Accounting Officer at WillScot Mobile Mini. Prior to these roles, Shanks was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasury at Merkle from 2009 to 2017 and held the position of Director, Accounting at Kelson Energy from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Shanks worked as the Director of Accounting and Reporting at Laureate Education from 2003 to 2008, as an SEC Accountant at RWD Technologies from 2002 to 2003, and as an External Auditor at PwC from 1998 to 2001. Shanks earned a degree in Accounting from Providence College, with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
