David King

David King serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since February 2004. Prior to this role, David King practiced as a Corporate and Securities Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 1995 to 2004, and briefly at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP in 1999. Educationally, David King obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1992 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Yale University between 1987 and 1991. Early education includes Redwood High School, Del Mar Middle School, and Bel Aire School.
