Deserie Ravega

Deserie Ravega has been working at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since October 2013, holding various titles such as Hub Operations Lead, Customer Service Lead, and Customer Service Representative II. Currently, Deserie is the Hub Operations Manager, overseeing inbound reports and processing products for outlet stores. Deserie's experience also includes managing operations in an efficient manner and handling customer escalations and inquiries. Deserie is currently pursuing education at Mt. San Antonio College, expected to graduate in the near future.
