Kyle Erffmeyer

Kyle Erffmeyer possesses extensive experience in people analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since October 2020, after progressing through various roles in the company. Prior experience includes positions at American Airlines as Sr. Analyst and at Allstate as Senior Workforce Insights Consultant.
