Diane Knights

Diane Knights is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee benefits management, HRIS, and payroll processes. Currently serving as the Employee Benefits Manager at Williams since January 2009, Diane oversees the strategic design, delivery, and cost management of significant retirement and self-insured health plans. Prior roles include HRIS Manager at Williams, where Diane managed the talent management system and PeopleSoft HR system, and a Sr. HR Delivery Project Executive at IBM, overseeing HR services for multiple countries. With earlier positions in payroll and business analysis, Diane has developed a strong foundation in HR operations, supported by a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
