Raychel Vasseur

Raychel Vasseur, PhD, is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in curriculum development and language education. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Williams since October 2023, Raychel previously held similar roles at Ascend Learning and LingroLearning. At Calibrate from January 2022 to April 2023, Raychel managed curriculum and community development for a medical metabolic health company, creating engaging content to promote member wellness. With extensive experience as an Assistant Professor and Language Program Director at Texas Tech University, Raychel designed and assessed language curricula while mentoring graduate students. Earlier roles included Instructional Services Specialist at the University of Iowa, where Raychel supported faculty in integrating technology into language learning, and as a North American Language and Culture Assistant in Spain. Raychel holds a PhD in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Iowa, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's in Spanish Studies from the University of Delaware.
