Shannon Spak

Shannon Spak is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent development and HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Program Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Williams since September 2012, Shannon has previously held significant roles including HR/Teammate Services Manager at GENCO, Area Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Manager at Sears Logistics Services, Inc., and Director of HR at Diversified Information Technologies. Early career experience includes working as a Staffing Specialist at Spherion. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration, both from the University of Scranton.
