Ahmad Alrashedi

Ahmad brings over a year of valuation and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ahmad was a valuation analyst at Oracle Capital where he assisted to provide valuation services to privately- held and publicly-traded companies throughout the world. Ahmad has experience with financial and tax reporting valuation matters including stock-based compensation, purchase price allocation, company valuations, goodwill impairment, option grants pursuant to IRC 409a, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and complex financial instruments including convertible debt, warrants and, preferred stock.

Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s and a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from the University of Arizona.
