Ethan Cislaghi

Ethan brings 15 years of valuation advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. His extensive valuation experience includes financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocation, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, stock-based compensation, tax reporting matters such as 409a valuations as well as litigation matters, solvency and fairness opinions. His broad industry experience includes technology, healthcare and life sciences.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ethan was a Managing Director at Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC (“BVA”) for three years. While at BVA, Ethan advised numerous clients ranging from early-stage venture backed entities to Fortune 100 companies with their complex valuation matters related to financial, tax reporting and litigation. Prior to BVA, Ethan was in Deloitte LLP’s Transactions and Business Analytics valuation practice for more than 12 years. In this capacity, he provided advisory services on complex financial modeling and developed deal models to assist with the assessment of strategic alternatives. He also reviewed hundreds of valuation analyses prepared by, or on behalf of, audit clients. Prior to Deloitte, Ethan worked in the forensic and litigation support services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ethan is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and a Chartered Financial Analyst® . He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters in Finance from Texas A&M.
