Jaylon Reynolds

Jaylon brings approximately 10 years of valuation advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. His extensive valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters including stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, convertible notes, Monte Carlo simulations, complex derivatives, portfolio valuations, goodwill impairment, and tax reporting matters such as 409A valuations. Jay also provides complex Excel models to hedge funds and private equity groups. His broad industry experience includes financial services, technology, health care, life sciences, consumer products, freight, construction, and many others.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jay was a Director at Oracle Capital, LLC (“OC”). While at OC, Jay advised numerous clients ranging from early-stage venture-backed entities to Fortune 100 companies with their complex valuations for financial and tax reporting and management planning matters. Jay specializes in complex liquidation waterfalls and has significant experience working closely with clients throughout the IPO process including regulatory and audit reviews. Additionally, he has experience utilizing VBA in Excel and Crystal Ball for Monte Carlo simulations. Jay was regularly consulted on valuation matters as an industry expert.

Jay holds a Finance degree from the University of Arizona.
