Joe Reissfelder

Joe brings over three years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston Joe has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing and electronics industries. He has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, consolidations, business combinations, equity offerings, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation. Joe has also served in and interim management role for a biotechnology company.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Joe spent two years in the audit practice of EY LLP’s Boston office. While at EY, Joe assisted in a variety of field work for both public and private clients, providing assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for clients in the life science, biotechnology, technology and real estate industries.

Joe is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy with a minor in Finance Villanova University.
