Justin Simon

Justin brings corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. While at EY, Justin has served a variety of corporate clients in the retail, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, manufacturing and real estate industries ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has advised clients on a variety of income tax matters including the preparation and review of annual and interim income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, income tax compliance, and other complex corporate tax matters.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Justin was a Tax Manager in EY LLP’s Global Compliance and Reporting practice in New York. While at EY, he prepared and audited domestic and multi-national income tax provisions, prepared US federal and state income tax returns, and advised clients on a variety of domestic and international corporate tax accounting matters.

Justin is a Certified Public Account in the State of New York and holds a Master of Science in Taxation as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy degree from Baruch College.
