Kristen Seaver

Kristen Seaver is the Managing Director at WilliamsMarston. Kristen has over 20 years of experience in the valuation field.

Kristen started their career in 1992 as an English teacher in Japan. Kristen then moved to the United States and worked as an accountant for a Japanese company called Nissho Iwai. After a few years, they decided to go back to school and get their MBA.

After graduating, Kristen started working in the valuation services field. Kristen first worked for Ernst & Young from 1996-1998 as a senior consultant for transfer pricing. Kristen then moved to KPMG and worked as a manager from 2000-2002. In 2002, they joined Deloitte and worked there for 8 years, ultimately rising to the position of senior manager.

In 2010, Kristen left Deloitte to join Bay Valuation Advisors LLC as managing director. Kristen stayed with Bay Valuation Advisors until 2021 when they joined WilliamsMarston as managing director.

Kristen Seaver has a MBA in Finance from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
