Nicholas Scerbo

Nicholas Scerbo is a Partner at Valuation at WilliamsMarston with over 15 years of experience providing valuation and financial services to clients. Nicholas specializes in the valuation of equity and debt securities as well as intellectual property in the context of strategic planning, financial and tax reporting, and litigation related matters. Nicholas is particularly experienced with financial reporting valuation issues related to Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) No's. 805, 820, 605-25, 350, 360 and 718, as well as valuation issues surrounding the valuation of common stock in privately held companies.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Nicholas was a Partner at Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC from October 2009 to December 2021. At Bay Valuation Advisors, Nicholas provided valuation services to two of the top 10 largest life sciences companies in the world in connection with some of their most important financial reporting, and tax related transactions. Nicholas was also actively involved in recruiting new staff, providing training sessions on various valuation technical topics, and coaching staff to excel in their careers.

Before their time at Bay Valuation Advisors, Nicholas worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP from January 2005 to October 2008 where they provided valuation services to clients in a variety of industries in connection with some of their most important financial reporting and tax-related transactions.
