Pat Heslin

Pat brings 9 years of valuation, corporate finance, and M&A consulting experience to WilliamsMarston. Pat’s experience includes a total of eight years at Grant Thornton in Chicago and Atlanta as well as one year at Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta. Immediately prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Pat worked at Blockchain.com advising the CFO on valuation, M&A, and capital financing issues.

Pat’s industry experience comprises a variety of financial services, including extensive experience advising private equity clients. Pat also has experience advising clients in the healthcare, SAAS, and renewable energy industries as well as a range of consumer and industrial products businesses.

Pat holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree, manga cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
