Stephanie brings corporate income tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax consulting experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Stephanie was at Moffett & Associates where she focused on providing complex tax consulting, compliance, and income tax accounting service to both public and privately held companies. Stephanie has extensive experience with ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, purchase accounting, federal and state income tax compliance for corporations and partnerships, federal and state income tax examinations, merger and acquisitions, state nexus analysis, and Section 162(m) and Section 280G executive compensation analysis. Stephanie’s extensive industry experience includes financial institution, broker dealer, and investment company.

Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant in California and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
