Lloyd is a Managing Director on the Real Estate team and provides management oversight to acquisitions efforts nationally. In this role, he works with their regional acquisition teams to source, underwrite and close value-add self-storage property acquisitions. Additionally, Lloyd works closely with the executive team on the management of the WWG Storage Income Fund.
