Zachary Kim

Zack oversees all financial underwriting and assists in the closing and asset management of storage transactions. Zack works closely with the Project Management team in evaluating prospective opportunities. He started with the company in 2016, working in the Market Research department before transitioning into a quantitative role.

Prior to joining WWG, Zack worked in mortgage finance and specialized in single family residence mortgage underwriting and due diligence. He graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
